We act as the seller and point of contact for all customer inquiries, while our suppliers handle product fulfillment.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, please be aware of the following:

Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and monitor calibration
Sizes may vary by manufacturer — we recommend checking the size guides provided on each listing
Product packaging may differ from what is shown in images
Minor variations in design or material are possible between production batches

If you receive a product that is significantly different from its description, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase

5. Shipping & Delivery

As a dropshipping business, our products are shipped directly from international suppliers. Please take note of the following:

Standard delivery times range from 7 to 30 business days depending on your location and the specific supplier
Expedited shipping may be available on select items
Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees — delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships; tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear

If your package has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges — if applicable — are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict if or when they will be applied. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you have concerns.

We are legally required to declare the full value of shipments on customs forms and cannot mark orders as ‘gifts’ to avoid duties.
